As President Obama and Democratic leaders in Congress push harder and harder for their nationalized health care proposal, the details seem to be getting no clearer, and the concern over exactly what taxpayers will get – and pay for – has pushed the "YOU LIE!" Magnetic Bumper Sticker to the top of the best-sellers list at the WND Superstore this week.
The bumper sticker hit the top right away when U.S. Rep. Joe Wilson shouted the challenge to Obama during a joint session of Congress at which Obama was lobbying for a health care plan that is estimated to raise the cost of health care for families by thousands of dollars per year.

Obama had said that his proposal would not allow illegal aliens to get benefits from the program and Wilson challenged his truthfulness.
An analysis by Fox News later revealed that although the health care plan at that time did include a provision that illegal aliens were not supposed to receive benefits, it also provided no requirement that those getting health care document their citizenship before taking the benefits.

Fox reported the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service study discovered the proposal at the time in the U.S. House "does not restrict illegal immigrants from receiving health care coverage."
Democrats, after Wilson brought the issue to the attention of the nation, moved quickly to close the loophole.

In second place is "'O' God: A Dialogue on Truth and Oprah's Spirituality," by Josh McDowell and Dave Sterrett.
The book provides an in-depth look at the controversial spiritual beliefs of one of the greatest media influences of all time: Oprah.
Between her television show, her magazine and other outreaches, millions are being exposed to Oprah's beliefs – splintered though they are.

"The church of Oprah has become a viable alternative to a world looking for a savior – but without the strings," according to the book. "Christians and those of other faiths are asking the nagging question: 'Where do Oprah’s teachings lead?'"
McDowell has teamed up with Sterrett, a gifted writer and popular speaker, to provide a cutting-edge response to popular inquiries about Oprah's spiritual teaching and the advice of the colorful teachers she promotes.
"The danger is that while appearing to use Christian and inclusive language that at first seems similar to that of Christianity, Oprah teaches a message that is radically different and absolutely contrary to the true teaching of Scripture and historic Christianity," McDowell and Sterrett warn.
