Lately, I have been considering the possibility that the administration and Congress we currently have doing business in Washington could very well be among the most contemptible people who have ever lived. While even their detractors might not be quick to count them among history's greatest tyrants (as yet), I believe that bringing about the decimation of the most successful, noble and generous nation in history merits such an appellation.
The issue of race – which we've seen in play a lot lately – just might wind up being the last straw with regard to relative domestic tranquility in America. In a sense, the fact that this is coming to a head under a black president is incidental, despite the latitude this one has been given due to his color. While President Obama has certainly misrepresented and irresponsibly managed challenges in this area, the disquiet has been brewing for decades – thanks to progressives.
Even before Arizona's controversial immigration law became front-page news, there were media reports of citizen militias mobilizing to combat criminal aliens in response to violence that was spilling over the border and the lack of response on the federal level. Over the last few weeks, there have been stories of these groups battling heavily armed soldiers from drug and weapons cartels on the U.S. side of our border with Mexico, as well as home invasions and sieges involving criminal aliens well inside the border. Additionally, the reportage of major news organizations does not jibe with the eyewitness accounts some of us have received.

Curtailing incursions by criminal illegals is the sort of thing for which the federal government is responsible, but about which it has done nothing. In fact, President Obama has come down on the side of wholly ignoring this terrorism in favor of the argument that racist elements in the border states (who favor dampening illegal immigration) seek to persecute immigrants from Mexico.
This deficiency truly is criminal comportment on the part of the Obama administration – but, as with a number of very significant issues of late, it has become clear that Americans are expected to believe and accept that the law is what Obama declares it to be.
TRENDING: The Capitol attack: Another deceitful, leftist narrative
It is barely fathomable that a government would subject itself to foreign invasion on such a feeble and witless premise (that acting against illegal immigrants would be racist); certainly any objective onlooker would reason that such a government either was piteously weak, or had a hidden albeit irresponsibly risky agenda of some sort.
I propose that it is the latter, and the wish of this administration that matters on the border should escalate. The pattern of operatives of Obama's ilk is such that they orchestrate crises outright, or adopt a laissez-faire leadership stance with respect to predicaments, allowing situations to deteriorate to a dangerous degree, at which point the public becomes amenable to all manner of outlandish, high-handed big-government fixes. One can look as far back as Caesar or as recently as Stalin to see this in action from a historical perspective.

Now, the Obama administration recognizes several fronts wherein circumstances might call for draconian civil-control measures – "regrettable necessities," in the president's mind, of course – as were bailing out banks and the auto industry. In the case of the U.S.-Mexico border, the situation could escalate to one in which Obama "demands" the Mexican government crack down on the activity of criminal elements on their side of the border in exchange for granting amnesty to illegal immigrants in the U.S. The south-of-the-border bloodbath to which this would give rise would leave Obama's hands clean.
Or the border instability could ultimately ignite civil unrest amongst citizen militias, Mexican criminals, Border Patrol agents and police. When the level of civilian involvement reached a certain point, this president would be likely to act against those citizens, for "taking the law into their own hands."
Which could get very ugly.
It bears mentioning that a similar scenario could develop involving inner-city blacks and law enforcement within a few years, should militant organizations such as the New Black Panther Party elect to capitalize on Obama's soft spot for black nationalist types.

In "Negrophilia: From Slave Block to Pedestal – America's Racial Obsession," I pointed out how the power players in and out of government surmised some years ago that one Barack Hussein Obama would be the ideal party through whom they could actualize their long-sought "closing act" in the history of America. They made this presumption because Obama is black, and they gambled on the effect that 40 years of conditioning via race propaganda and emotional hypersensitivity in that area had wrought. They won.
Race played into Obama's election, it has played into his decisions, his lack of accountability and his actions. It's also played into his inaction – which just might serve to ease America across that fine line from order into chaos.
Which is precisely where Obama and his collaborators want her.
