And I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curseth thee; and in thee shall all nations of the earth be blessed.

I spent my first five summers of life at Jewish camp. Dad was the gymnastics coach, and Mom was the camp nurse. We were the only Gentiles. I dressed in white and sang Hebrew songs on Fridays. Dad explained to me that according to the Bible, we were Jewish too … spiritually.

I sent Jon Lovitz some Jewish tracts in his Christmas cards a couple times. When we were doing stand up in Atlantic City in the '90s, hanging out in our hotel before the show, out of nowhere, Lovitz emphatically remarked, "You can't be Jewish and Christian! It's like mixing oil and water!" I replied, "Jesus was Jewish. His disciples were Jewish. The apostle Paul was Jewish. Everyone in the Bible is Jewish. The Bible is the most Jewish book in the world!" Lovitz said, "But … how can a grown man go back into his mother's womb and be born again?!" I jumped up, "You're quoting Scripture!" I ran to the hotel drawer and took out the Gideon Bible lying there, whipped the pages to John 3:4 and told Lovitz to read aloud. He acquiesced. I got my video camera out and videoed Jon Lovitz reading the Gospel.
Comedian/writer Evan Sayet, New York Comedy Club, Boca, Fla., May 21, 2011:
Is Judaism genetic, cultural or religious? According to Romans 2:28-29, "… a true Jew is one whose heart is right with God." Genesis 15:5-6 and Hebrews 11 talk about the faith of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob that gave them the inheritance, the promise. Galatians 3:6-7 says, "The real children of Abraham, then, are those who put their faith in God."

So, I am Jewish.
Listen to the podcast "The Church is the true Israel" with Jerry Johnson and David Lutzweiler if you're into deep theology!
At my last W.I.N. meeting, a woman handed me a DVD and said, "It is 'sexy' now on college campuses to be anti-Israel."
I said, "…What?!"

I know liberal universities have brainwashed this generation to be anti-God, pro-Earth, anti-creation, pro-evolution, anti-family, pro-gender confusion, anti-capitalism, pro-socialism/communism – but this is a new evil the William Ayers professors have laid on my world. I popped the DVD in and watched "Crossing the Line: The Intifada Comes to Campus."
Wow. This recent proliferation of campus anti-Semitism is in lock step with Obama's recent statements against Israel. The ideology that is against Israel is also against God, freedom, capitalism, logic, life and love. The sides are lined up: good vs. evil. I was happy to see Congress applauding Netanyahu and the side of good. Obama does not represent America. We support Israel.

I researched Israel this week and learned that the Torah (1450 B.C.) was written over 2,000 years before the Quran (A.D. 610-632). Islam lifts stories from the Torah and then changes names and facts. Muslims believe (although the Quran never mentions the name of the sacrificial child) Ishmael was Abraham's sacrificial son. Genesis 22 says it was Isaac.
Both the Torah and Quran claim divine origin. But, they don't agree – so one of them is not divine.
The Quran differs from the Bible in that it claims Jesus was not crucified; Jesus is not God; the Trinity is God, Jesus and Mary; Noah's son drowned; good works are required for salvation, etc. Here's a great website for truthful answers about Islam and Christianity.
Here is the history of the land now called Palestine or Israel:

Numbers 34:1-2: "And the Lord spoke to Moses saying, Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land of Canaan; this is the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with the coasts thereof."
(See also Genesis 12:1-3, 13:14-18, 15:1-21, 17:4-8, 22:15-18, 26:1-5 and Psalm 89:28-37.)
The best explanation I've found so far about the fight over the Holy Land is in this column, entitled "Who are the Palestinians?"
According to Yahoo, "From the beginning of history to this day, Israel-Judah-Judea has had the only united, independent, sovereign 'Nation-State' that ever existed in 'Palestine' west of the Jordan River."

According to Wiki, Jews claim many sites dating back 3,500 years. Muslims claim ownership for 1,300 continuous years and have contradictory views on Quran interpretation. The Quran requires Muslims to respect and protect Jews and Christians in areas they control, but it also requires Muslims to fight without end against people who attempt to displace them from their lands.
Sarah Stern, founder/president of Endowment for Middle East Truth, EMET, happens to be fluent in Hebrew. She told me how Middle East media reeks of anti-Israel propaganda that U.S. tax dollars fund and how now that Hamas has joined the Palestinian Authority (PA), our tax dollars ($500 million last year) fund terrorism – terrorism against Israel and us! Stern told me that Fatah and Hamas are the same; Hamas says, "I kill you today"; Fatah says, "I kill you tomorrow."
Nonie Darwish, co-founder of Former Muslims United explains, "While they are telling the world Islam is a religion of peace, they still want to continue with the jihad against non-Muslim countries. … One leader says, let's kill all the Jews and take over Rome, another says to Western media that Islam is a religion of peace and we are deeply offended by the anti-Islam rhetoric. To play (t)his sick game, Muslim culture must live a dysfunctional double life where everyone is deceived, including Muslims."

I was happy to learn about the ad placed in an Israeli paper that said, "We stand with you," because I love Jews.
