A lawsuit described how Congress failed to check Barack Obama's eligibility when he was president-elect but the Supreme Court refused to hear it. Then it was revealed how the Congressional Research Service advised members how to dismiss questions from constituents on the issue.
But a scientific survey shows that fully half of Americans want that body to do its duty and investigate, and now there's an opportunity to for constituents to tell their members of Congress to get it done.

JB Williams wrote on The Patriot News page, "Evidence that we have a fraud and a usurper currently residing in the people’s White House is overwhelming, despite the overt lack of journalistic investigating on the part of the American press. But now new evidence indicates that the conspiracy to carry out that fraud was much broader than originally thought."
He explained how members of Congress tried multiple times to eliminate the Constitution's requirement that a president be only a "natural born Citizen" and Obama's occupancy in the Oval Office is the "greatest constitutional crisis in American history."

He reported that the Democrat National Committee was so aware of the issue that leaders dropped the language stating, "The following candidates for president and vice president of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution" from their document listing Obama as the party's candidate.
"The Obama conspiracy to seat an unconstitutional president is the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people and it has drastically altered the Aemrican system of self-governance from a constitutional republic to a corrupt democracy of frauds elected by fools," he wrote. "Obama did not do this alone – he had a lot of help, including from an ignorant electorate."
Williams wrote, "Only the people can end this crisis."
"The people must rise up, stand together and hold these criminal actors accountable for the theft of our government which has become the greast threat to the American way of life in history."

The polling done by Wenzel Strategies revealed that half of Americans, including 28 percent of Democrats, 43 percent of independents and 77 percent of Republicans, want Congress to investigate Obama.
"There's no marginalizing those who want this matter investigated by Congress," said pollster Fritz Wenzel.
The lawsuit that went to the Supreme Court was brought by Charles F. Kerchner Jr. and others, claiming that members of Congress failed in their constitutionally specified responsibility to evaluate Barack Obama and make sure of his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.
Attorney Mario Apuzzo had filed the action and focused on the Constitution's demand that "provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate 'elected' by the Electoral College Electors."

The Constitution provides, the lawsuit says, "If the president elect shall have failed to qualify, then the vice president elect shall act as president until a president shall have qualified."
