Mike Lester, the award-winning cartoonist whose work was featured in WND in years past, is back in full form, to be featured several times a week on the news site's Commentary page.

Lester is a commercial artist, cartoonist, animator and writer. Putting pen to paper was his single purpose even as a kid.

"I studied and trained for it then, and I haven't stepped off the learning curve since. I've never had a day job," says Lester.
Though his home publication is the Rome (Ga.) News-Tribune, Lester's work is syndicated by the Washington Post Writers Group.
