A laughing mob acted as judge and jury when a thief stole an elderly woman's handbag - by stripping him naked and leaving him stranded just in his socks on a busy road.
The red-faced rogue was publicly humiliated in the northwestern Mexican town of Providencia, in front of a crowd of hundreds, after the group of ten gave chase following the woman's cries for help.
