Police: Desperate mom killed son, 15, herself

CABOOL, Mo. – The Cabool Police Department is investigating an apparent murder-suicide. Officers say it appears Tammy Fleming, 43, shot her son, Charles Loftis, 15, and then turned the gun on herself.
