A judge has ruled that a mother cannot have her seven-year-old daughter baptised against her estranged husband’s wishes.
He sided with the father who wanted the child to make up her mind when she was older.
Judge Stephen Thackery dismissed the mother’s appeal in Melbourne’s Family Court against an earlier ruling by a magistrate.
