An Australian family is living the plot of the Hollywood movie, “We Bought a Zoo,” which opens in cinemas today.
The film, starring Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson, tells how a young family risks its life’s savings to save an ailing private zoo in the country.
Six years ago Bronwen Wilson and then-husband Rod sold their telecommunications business in Fairfield and house in Macleod to move to Mansfield Zoo with children Alisha, then 13, and Jordan, 7.
