WASHINGTON – Paul Niedermeyer, a veteran technology, marketing and operations guru, has been named chief operating officer of WND, founder Joseph Farah announced today.
Niedermeyer has over 16 years of operations, management consulting, and executive level experience developing, managing, and marketing Internet software products, services and consumer packaged goods. Prior to his appointment as COO, Niedermeyer was COO of Clear-Lite Holdings, Inc. He is also president and senior consultant of PN LLC (d/b/a/ Paul Dot Com and PN), a research and management consulting firm which he started in 2005. There, he provides strategic, financial, marketing leadership and advisory services to technology startup companies and major global technology corporations.
Prior to PN LLC, Niedermeyer worked at Verio Inc., an NTT communications company from 1998-2005, where he served as senior product line manager for Verio's small-medium-enterprise business unit selling web hosting products. Before Verio, he worked at Scientific Applications International Corporation/Network Solutions Inc. in various marketing roles from 1997-1998. Prior to SAIC/NSI, Niedermeyer founded whois.net in 1996, a WHOIS keyword search engine, and sold the company in 1997.

Niedermeyer holds a B.A. in economics and B.S. in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley. He also holds an M.S. in computer science from Florida Atlantic University.

As COO, Niedermeyer will supervise all facets of the company except editorial and will directly oversee finance, administration, technology and operations.
