‘Absolute Despotism’: Are we there yet?

I have a very serious question for you. I know what the Declaration of Independence states (emphasis added):

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. – Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies (States); and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

Are we there yet? Can we solve our countries problems through peaceful means and the corrupt election process? Is another Civil War the only way this will be made right? Would true conservatives be honest about our countries situation?

I have been wanting to ask all the talk-show hosts the same question for years – Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage, Mark Levin, etc. We have a bunch of eunuchs in office at this point. The same thing that happened almost 236 years ago is happening now.

I see things happening that are completely lawless. We have a lawless president. Illegal immigrants do anything they want in the southern states and California. (Los Angeles police no longer impound uninsured illegal immigrant vehicles.) I could go on and on. Lawlessness is everywhere, from the top down. Islam is treated as a “peaceful religion,” all while extremists plan to kill us. United Nations, excessive spending, entitlements, oil, we no longer stand 100 percent with Israel: The list is too long.
