I have no enthusiasm for the likely nominee of the Republican Party in 2012.
I think I have made that crystal clear.
But left to the devices of the Republican Party and its nominee, Barack Obama is a shoo-in for re-election.

That's not just bad news for America. It would represent a fatal blow to constitutionally limited government, the rule of law, the will of the people and self-government as we have known it uniquely in this country's history.
In 2008 I wrote a book called "None of the Above." In it I explained Americans should never have to choose between two candidates whose records clearly showed them disrespectful of the Constitution. I advocated voting for neither of the two major party candidates. I acknowledged there were three likely outcomes to this position:
TRENDING: A contrarian Trump scenario for 2024
- Obama would likely win the election and govern like a socialist tyrant.
- As a result of that eventuality, there would be a spontaneous uprising of Americans that would revolt.
- In 2012, the Republican Party would get the message and find a better candidate than John McCain.
I was right about No. 1. I was right about No. 2. But I was clearly wrong about No. 3.

In this case, two out of three is not good enough.
Yes, Obama won. And, yes, the tea-party movement was that awakening and revolt I had predicted. It made an enormous impact in 2010, but it was co-opted by politicians and direct-mail operatives after the midterm election, as I feared in my book "The Tea Party Manifesto." It has, sadly, become moribund and, with some exceptions, will continue as such in 2012.
Despite that bad news, there is an opportunity to defeat Obama and, equally importantly, restore the nation to constitutional integrity in 2012.
There's a problem even bigger than Obama afflicting America. And that means it is a huge, monumental, fundamental, almost overwhelming crisis, because Obama, given another four years in office, will effectively destroy the very fabric of everything good that set America apart from the rest of the world.
That problem is we have no more anchor for self-government, the rule of law and governance through the will of the people. The Constitution is being rendered meaningless."

But if we can reawaken that fervency that gripped Americans in 2010, we can accomplish both goals – defeating Obama and restoring constitutional integrity.
How? One way is by making the case, directly to the American people, that Obama is not constitutionally eligible, a position already held by a shockingly high percentage of Americans, given the blackout of the issue by most of the media.
Americans still believe in the Constitution, thank God. And what is more fundamental to the Constitution than Article 2, Section 1, which defines who can be president? If Obama is re-elected, despite what is known about his fraudulent birth certificate and what is still not known about his parentage, his place of birth, his Social Security card, his status as a college student, his adoption by an Indonesian and the evidence of his own citizenship as an Indonesian, then one of the most important constitutional provisions will be rendered moot forevermore.
I propose raising the stakes on the eligibility issue through a sensational and aggressive campaign the media can't ignore.

For years now I have been promoting a billboard campaign on the birth certificate question. We have erected hundreds of billboards around the country – first asking simply "Where's the Birth Certificate?" and later asking, "Where's the Real Birth Certificate?" The first part of the plan calls for a massive and aggressive expansion of that program, which put the issue on the map when most media would not even entertain honest discussions of it. In order to do this, I need help – lots of help. I need financial support – much more than we have ever received in the past. I estimate it will take up to $1 million to plaster this message across the country so it cannot be ignored.
But that's just the start. If the campaign is successful enough, I will produce and air hundreds of television ads about the eligibility issue. If we can raise through grass-roots donations another $1 million by July, we can have those ads airing in major markets, on national TV and in battleground states to ensure Obama is so weakened by public doubt that his campaign can't even overcome the crisis through voter fraud.
With Sheriff Joe Arpaio leading the first law-enforcement investigation into this question, confirming the birth certificate is fraudulent, there's no time like the present to launch this campaign. The Republicans won't do it. Mitt Romney won't do it. Karl Rove's $30 million super PAC won't do it. But, I still believe in the American people – even in tough financial times like this. We can't lose our country forever – and that's what's on the line this November.
Americans will support this campaign if they find out about it. And that means through social media, through blogs, through email campaigns and through the collective action of those who know the truth. In other words, I'm willing to lead this campaign for national salvation and redemption, but I need your help – financially and through grass-roots and Internet activism.
Raising $1 million is not easy. Raising $2 million is even more challenging. But it's not impossible. It's not even improbable if we work together collectively and mobilize tea-party members like those in Arizona who worked to initiate the Arpaio probe.
I'm sorry to say there's no sugar daddy out there who is going to do this for you. Trust me on that. Donald Trump is not going to come to our rescue. You and I are going to have to dig deep into our pockets and sacrifice to find the financial resources to make this happen. I'm committed to doing my part to spread the truth. I don't think anyone can doubt that after the abuse I've endured for the last four years. The only question is how many others will help with contributions of $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $1,000, $5,000 or more. We're not going to get any stimulus money from Obama to make this happen. But this could be America's last chance to take a stand for what is right, truthful and honest. If you stand with me on this, please make your donation today. Let's defeat Obama and restore the Constitution in 2012.
Are you with me?
