Facebook sex finally gets Savaged

The WND staff writer who uncovered child pornography on Facebook appeared on Michael Savage’s “Savage Nation” to discuss her horrifying discovery on the ubiquitous U.S.-based social network.

As part of an undercover news investigation, Chelsea Schilling used alias Facebook profiles and located dozens of child-porn images posted by pedophiles and predators who trade thousands of pornographic photos on the social network.

During the investigation, entire Facebook predator communities were easily spotted. Child pornographers use groups as meet-up points to find others with similar interests. Many of the offenders would list similar interests on their profile pages, including terms such as “Thirteen,” “Lolita,” “Justin Bieber,” “Incest” and “PTHC (preteen hard-core pornography).” Their activities include “Receiving nude pics,” and they subscribe to explicit Facebook fan pages posted in plain sight.

WND immediately reported images of child pornography and child sexual abuse to the FBI.

Meanwhile, Americans are expressing outrage over the child pornography found on Facebook. At the time of this report, USA Today, the London Telegraph, London’s Daily Mail, the Huffington Post and OneNewsNow had published reports about the matter, and the topic is hitting the airwaves.

Part 1 of the WND series, “Kids raped, sodomized on Facebook Pages,” alone has been visited by nearly 1.4 million people.

Part 2 of the series, “Can Facebook’s child porn explosion be stopped?,” examined the response of Facebook and law-enforcement officials in the ongoing battle against child porn on Facebook.

Part 3, “Investing in Facebook? You don’t have clean hands,” examined how the issue of child pornography on Facebook could come into play when the social network goes public, what investors are supporting when they invest in Facebook and how, as one expert put it, “they won’t have clean hands” if they ignore this issue.

Part 4, “Facebook kid porn: Reaction hot and heavy,” examined the response of experts and advocacy groups in the ongoing battle against child porn on Facebook.

The “Savage Nation” is hosted by radio talk-show host Michael Savage, author of the New York Times best-seller “The Savage Nation,” published by WND Books.

Contact members of Congress and urge them to act now.

If you have stumbled upon content appearing to be child pornography, report it immediately to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center.
