(Tampa Bay Times) Charles Mabry Jr. was driving a Nissan when he neglected to use his turn signal. That did not sit well with Cheng Hsieh, an air conditioning business owner who kept a stun gun and a baseball bat in his Mercedes.
According to deputies, the two men began yelling at one another. Hsieh, 41, criticized Mabry's failure to abide by the rules of the road. Mabry, 29, did not appreciate the input.
The two men stopped in the road and got out of their vehicles.
