(McALLEN MONITOR) — A 17-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed himself with a semiautomatic handgun Monday night, authorities said.
“It was just an accident under the influence of alcohol,” Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Treviño said Tuesday.
