Since Obama is breaking or obstructing the laws of the United States as evidenced in the latest order given to Secretary Napolitano NOT to uphold the immigration law just ruled constitutional by the Supreme Court and others, like Obama telling the DOJ (and his buddy Holder) not to enforce the DOMA, why isn’t he held in contempt and impeached? Now, since the key provision of Arizona law was upheld and deemed “constitutional” and since he took an oath to “protect and defend the Constitution of the United States” and then gives a command to Napolitano NOT to uphold this constitutional law, he is guilty of treason. Why is no one charging him?
