The apartment of the suspect, identified as James Eagan Holmes, 24, had been booby-trapped with numerous bottles containing an unknown liquid, Aurora fire officials said. The bottles were connected to wires.
Authorities still hadn't entered the apartment. They were examining photographs taken from outside a window to figure out how to deal with the materials.
