A jury has been seated in the trial of the woman accused of raping her 18-month-old daughter and allowing her boyfriend to do the same. Opening statements begin Tuesday.
Melissa Bailey, 29, was arrested in 2009 and charged with two counts of sexual battery on a person under the age of twelve, lewd and lascivious molestation, lewd and lascivious exhibition, possession of child pornography and use of child in sexual performance.

Charlotte County deputies said it was one of the worst cases they have ever investigated.
Detectives say Bailey let her boyfriend, 62-year-old Glenn Nelson, rape her 18-month-old daughter.
