I have a serious question for both Mr. Farah and Larry Klayman. Will both of you gentlemen be as willing to fight against the appointment of Sen. Marco Rubio, if Mitt Romney selects him as his vice-presidential running mate?
No one in the mainstream media, and this includes all of the talking heads and political pundits on the Fox News Channel, will report the FACT that Rubio is constitutionally ineligible to be vice president or president because he does not meet the "natural born" citizen requirement in the Constitution. Rubio's parents were not U.S. citizens at the time of his birth; they did not become naturalized until Rubio was 4 years old.
All those on the right have been railing on about Obama not being a "natural born" citizen, but now conservatives, Republicans, Libertarians, constitutionalists, etc., are all ready, willing and eager to vote for Romney even if he picks Rubio to be his vice-presidential running mate. This smacks of hypocrisy, and if Romney does pick Rubio, I for one will not vote in November, as I refuse to compromise my values by electing another constitutionally ineligible candidate just to get another one removed, and I hope that you, Mr. Farah and Mr. Klayman, as well as others at WND will fight just as hard to uphold our Constitution if Rubio is picked.
