(NEWS.COM.AU) — A MAN who kidnapped a Holloween trick-or-treater and put a lit firework between his buttocks is jailed.
Stephen Gregory also attached the 15-year-old teenager to a washing line in his back garden with a pair of toy handcuffs before whipping him with a riding crop in front of onlookers, The Sun reported.
Gregory, 54, of Smalley, near Derby, England, said he became angry after the boy kept knocking at his door and running away,
The teenager’s mother reported Gregory to police when her son came home “hysterical”.
