On Thursday morning, POLITICO’s Playbook, composed by Mike Allen, included an interesting excerpt from an upcoming cover story in Rolling Stone magazine.
The magazine’s reporter Douglas Brinkley interviewed President Barack Obama in the Oval Office and, according to the excerpt, told the president that his six-year-old had offered praise his performance in the office.
Obama joked with the reporter that kids have good instincts and know when they are being lied to.

‘They look at the other guy and say, “Well, that’s a bullsh---er, I can tell,” Obama said, referring to his opponent, Gov. Mitt Romney.
