(TAMPA BAY TIMES) FORT DE SOTO PARK —Â An accused manatee molester is on the loose, and authorities are asking the public to help find her.
Several witnesses reported seeing an unidentified woman riding a manatee in the water just north of the Gulf Pier about 1 p.m. Sunday, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.
When deputies arrived at the scene, the woman was nowhere to be found, officials said.
