The politicians in this country seem to fear the "fiscal cliff." This return to the pre-Bush-tax-cut years includes a decrease in spending and a decrease in entitlements. I think we should go over the "fiscal cliff" and start rebuilding our economy from that point. Everyone would learn a lesson – not to take government handouts for granted and that for every tax increase there should be an equal reduction in spending so that we may more quickly return to a non-debtor status.
