(KTBC-TV) According to Texas law, a person cannot suggest how another person should vote by word, sign or gesture while in a polling place.
Kay Hill wore a shirt, saying "vote the bible" when she went to go early vote at the City Hall in Taylor last week.
But Attorney Jonathan Saenz, says, when Hill walked in, she was told by an election official the shirt may be offensive to some people.

"You've got this woman targeted because of her religious beliefs," said Saenz.
