(Examiner) Another high profile media personality has poked the same gun owner hornet’s nest that resulted in a swarming against NBC football announcer Bob Costas. CNN talking head Piers Morgan used social media to call for more gun control and to characterize the Second Amendment as outdated, Market Daily News reported today.
“Quite incredible that Bob Costas makes an impassioned plea for less handguns, and Americans go crazy with indignation,” Morgan tweeted on Monday. “He’s 100% right.
“The 2nd amendment was devised with muskets in mind, not high-powered handguns & assault rifles,” he tweeted moments later. “Fact.”
