(Lafayette Journal and Courier) A woman is accused of deliberately posting a nude photo of her teenage daughter on the girl’s Facebook page.
The girl’s face, breasts and genitals were clearly visible, investigators said.
The mother, Lynda A. Rusk, 50, was charged Wednesday in Tippecanoe Circuit Court with child exploitation and possession of child pornography.
A warrant has been issued for Rusk’s arrest. If convicted on the child exploitation charge, she could face six to 20 years in prison.
