Scuba divers rescue pregnant whale shark

(London Evening Standard) A group of divers in Mexico rescued a 30ft long pregnant whale shark from almost certain death. The creature had become ensnared in a thick rope around her torso, which had resulted in a deep wound, leading the divers to believe she had been trapped for some time.
