(SUN-SENTINEL) — A Cypress Bay High School teacher and coach has been reassigned to a different position while officials investigate allegations he was having a sexual relationship with a student, whom he sent sex-related texts, school district officials said Monday.
Officials with Broward County Public Schools identified the teacher as David Korsun, 36, who teaches social studies and is listed as an assistant wrestling coach at the school.
School officials declined to release more information Monday, citing an ongoing investigation by district officials.
