The most strident voices now calling for draconian gun control because of the horrific loss of innocent life are the same voices that have zero problems with abortion.
Obviously, to those folks one kind of killing is OK and another is not. I guess in our society today, gunning down a helpless 6 year old is murder, but leaving a newborn who survives abortion to die unattended is a “choice.”
I can’t make that distinction – probably because I’m not a politician.
