(LOCAL10) — The White House is worth a whole lot more than when the Obamas first moved in four years ago.
According to the online real estate website Zillow, the value of the White House has increased about 7 percent since Jan. 2009 to an estimated $294.9 million.
Zillow calculated the value of the home at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., based in part on public data and recent sales in the Washington, D.C. area.
