Mr. Miller’s criticism of Dr. Heib is unwarranted and mean spirited [“Dr. Whiner”]. No reasonable person resents doctors who make a sizable income. How much is too much to pay someone who goes to work in the morning knowing they will have to tell one or more patients they have cancer?
