President Obama will use former Sen. Chuck Hagel’s Republican affiliation to put a bipartisan face on a “far left” military agenda, including policies that are “destroying America,” charged Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla., in a radio interview.
Inhofe, the top Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, went on WABC Radio’s “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” to explain his opposition to Obama’s nomination of Hagel as defense secretary.
“There is nothing to inhibit [Obama] from a far-left agenda that is the wrong agenda certainly in the Middle East,” stated Inhofe. “Now I think that’s one reason that he would want to have Chuck Hagel.”

Continued Inhofe: “Now, again, I like Chuck Hagel. He was a war hero and he made his sacrifices more than I did in the service. But philosophically he is right along with Obama, and I can see Obama saying, ‘Well here is a conservative Republican former senator who agrees with me on all this so this is bipartisan.’
“Well I don’t want that label of bipartisanship to follow on all of his policy toward North Korea, Syria, Iran and even Egypt. So I am very much concerned about giving him that added impetus to do the things that I think are destroying America.”
Aaron Klein’s “Fool Me Twice” exposes Obama’s radical agenda for the next four years
Inhofe said Obama’s second-term foreign and military policies will be more dangerous than those of the first four years.
The senator told Klein: “You heard like everyone else did when the mic was left on and he was talking to (Russian Prime Minister Dimitry) Medvedev. And he said, ‘You can tell Putin that once I get this election behind me and once I am reelected I will have more latitude to do these things.’ And so I look for worse and not better coming from the president.”
Hagel blasted Obama’s 2009 address to the Islamic world from Cairo in which he said Obama made “all of the entrees onto the terrorists.”
“And I just don’t understand how it can get worse than that, but I think it will get worse,” he added.

WND reported Hagel sits on the board of a fund that serves as the main financial backer of a group urging the U.S. to join the U.N.’s International Criminal Court, which could prosecute American citizens and soldiers for “war crimes” and other offenses.
WND reported Hagel serves on the board of the Ploughshares Fund, a George Soros-funded group that advocates a nuclear-free world.
The Ploughshares Fund has a long history of anti-war advocacy and is a partner of the Marxist-oriented Institute for Policy Studies, which has urged the defunding of the Pentagon and massive decreases in U.S. defense capabilities, including slashing the American nuclear arsenal to 292 deployed weapons.
WND reported Hagel sits on the boards of numerous globalist groups that promote major increases in U.S. government funding for the third world.
WND further reported Hagel went on the Middle East satellite network Al Jazeera in 2009 to argue that before dealing with the nuclear arsenals of rogue nations such as Iran and North Korea, the U.S. and Russia must first lead the effort by phasing out their own nuclear weapons.
Regarding his views on jihad, WND exposed that in unreported remarks during a 2007 Senate hearing Hagel posited that terrorism is not a belief but instead is a response to despair and a lack of hope.
