Yes, of course this is contempt of Congress. More to the point, it’s contempt of the American people. But, you know what? It doesn’t matter because Congress will not challenge her (excepting Rand Paul). Because Congress, and I’m speaking of the Republicans, is a bunch of wussies. They will not stand up on behalf of the constituents who elected them (and I am one). All they care about is their next election.
