At WND the hits keep coming. Pat Boone wrote a wonderfully satirical piece, "Questions for the naked emperor," in which he revisits the case of Obama's sealed history and constitutional illegitimacy – issues vital to our nationhood and national security.
Too bad the herd of well-known "conservative" radio personalities shrink from pushing hard on the button that can nullify Obamacare and undo the disastrous policies of the current regime. Career before country, eh? Perhaps, they should read Pat Boone's commentary to gather some strength.
The titular chief executive Barack Obama assumed an authority as president and commander in chief that he does not legally possess because of his constitutional ineligibility, not to mention his felony frauds and forgeries and dictatorial actions. This logically opens the question of whether We the People are legally bound by the legislation Obama signs into law or the executive orders Obama issues or the regulations Obama's executive bureaucracies promulgate. Wouldn't such legislation, orders and regulations be derivatively illegitimate? If a soldier has the right to refuse an illegal order from a superior officer, what of civilians' rights and rights of conscience in respect to laws or orders illegally signed by a phony president? Frankly, it's surprising that defense attorneys don't routinely advance that argument in federal court cases.
