(LONDON DAILY MAIL) The Obama administration released an outline of its fiscal 2014 budget to reporters on Tuesday, forbidding its release until 6:00 a.m. Wednesday. The preview promises that President Barack Obama's budget 'reduces the deficit and puts the Nation on a sound fiscal course.'
'Every new initiative in the plan is fully paid for, so they do not add a single dime to the deficit,' the White House pledges.
An initial walk through the budget proposals, however, suggests that Republicans in Congress will need some convincing.
