I don't think the word "dishonesty" is the correct one. Perhaps you meant "disgusting" or some other word.

You are right, though. There are many satanic cult and weird religions that use blood in their rituals.

Blood is a precious commodity to humanity. We even have blood "banks" in which millions of deposits and withdrawals are made daily around the world to save lives. You have eight pints swirling around in your fearfully and wonderfully made body. In Christianity blood is supremely significant, because it was the blood of Jesus Christ that purchased our redemption.
