I agree that the president should be impeached. However, according to the Constitution, Article I, Section 2, places that responsibility upon the House, whereas Section 3 gives the Senate the responsibility to try the president.
With a Democratic majority in the Senate, any attempt to impeach the president would fail to remove him from office (remember President Clinton?). Another concern is: Do you want Vice President Biden to be president? I surely don't. We need two impeachments, but what crime can we attribute to Biden to warrant impeachment?
Let's hope for a Republican majority in the Senate in 2014. Then if we can trust them (regrettably I don't), we might be able to remove the president from office.
