The evidence at hand reveals the IRS as a venomous criminal organization that routinely engages in whimsical persecutions and illicitly targeted attacks along with felonious subterfuge, perjury, racketeering and extortion on a major scale. Therefore, the IRS should immediately be stripped of all enforcement powers while Congress decides its fate.

All government audits, investigations, prosecutions and litigation related to income tax should instantly cease and desist – not only because the IRS is obviously corrupt and criminal, but also because the federal government and federal employees would further expose themselves to mammoth lawsuits in the billions of dollars.
As time passes and IRS scandals multiply like rats in a sewer while tax heads are indicted, Congress, driven by an intense and mass outpouring of public wrath not seen in half a century, will have no choice but to defund the IRS pursuant to that agency's final burial.
