Commies in high places

By WND Staff

In 1983, Rep. Larry McDonald, D-Ga., asked me to help him expose over 250 members of the House and Senate who had ties with the Communist Party USA [“Communists in Congress: Just count ’em”]. I do not respond to such requests without seeking God’s guidance first. Unfortunately, he was assassinated two weeks after I received his request. The day his death was announced in the media, a pastor phoned and said, “God just told me that Congressman McDonald was assassinated and you know why. Please tell me what you know about this.” I told him about the letter I received from him, and he asked me to read it to his congregation at church the next Sunday. I read it that day at both the morning and evening service.

I’ve been trying to do something about it ever since, but most people refuse to believe it. Considering how well-informed you are about such things and the email about this you sent today, perhaps you may be able to do something to honor that courageous congressman.

I no longer have that letter, however. Someone with black ops experience informed me that because evil people in the government know I’m not afraid of them, they would most likely try to threaten my family. He advised me to destroy it to protect my family. Because he was a faithful member of our church with a genuine faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, I took his advice and destroyed it. However, I will never forget it. I’ve been saying since the early 1980s that the greatest enemy of the American people is our own government.

I began investigating these things in 1962 after J. Edgar Hoover sent me an autographed copy of his book, “Masters of Deceit.” It took me until 1982 to realize how bad things had become. This is why I knew what Rep. McDonald told me in 1983 was true.

Yours for constitutional government,

Rev. David Scott
