(Fox News) The 17 year old Spring High school student charged with felony murder in connection with the fatal stabbing death of a classmate made his first appearance at a probable cause court early Thursday morning.
The voluntary statement that Luis Alonzo Alfaro gave investigators after his arrest was read in court. In that statement, Alfaro says that when he entered the Spring High School cafeteria just after 7 a.m. on Wednesday morning he bumped shoulders with a male student. Words were then exchanged. Alfaro then told investigators he shoved a the male student and then another black male near him punched him on the left side of his face.
Alfaro then told investigators he began punching the black male who punched him and then claims other males started punching him. Alfaro then pulled a folding knife from the pocket of his shorts. Used his left forearm to protect his face and while holding the knife in his right hand began swinging it back and fourth motion multiple times.
