(TAMPA TRIBUNE) The retired Tampa police captain arrested in the fatal shooting of a man inside a Wesley Chapel movie theater will make his first appearance before a Pasco County judge today.
Curtis Reeves Jr., 71, is slated to go before a judge at 1 p.m. He faces a charge of second-degree homicide.
Reeves is accused of shooting Chad Oulson, of Land O’ Lakes, at the Grove 16 theater after an argument that stemmed from Oulson using his cellphone to text his 3-year-old daughter.
