Philadelphia police were questioning two "persons of interest" Sunday night in the carjacking and crash that killed three children in North Philadelphia on Friday and gravely injured their mother.
Homicide Capt. James Clark declined to identify the two men but said they were being questioned by homicide detectives. That was shortly after 9:30 p.m.
