WASHINGTON – The final day has arrived to sign up for a tour of Israel with “Harbinger” author and “Isaiah 9:10” inspiration Jonathan Cahn.
The absolute deadline for registration for this fall’s trip, which also will feature WND CEO Joseph Farah, was extended until Sept. 2.
“I’m more excited about the tour in November than I was about going last year,” said Farah. “That’s because I have been to Israel so much. I didn’t realize seeing Israel with Jonathan was like experiencing it for the first time.”

“There’s nothing like walking the land where the patriarchs, the judges, the kings, the prophets, and the apostles walked,” said Cahn. “There’s no experience like seeing the Bible come alive in sight and sound. And to walk where Messiah walked, to stand where He stood, to behold the same sites His eyes beheld, is unlike any other experience on Earth.”
Cahn said that on the previous journey to Israel, “people told us that they came with very high expectations – and yet what they experienced in the land surpassed their highest expectations.”
But this won’t just be a repeat performance of an exhilarating trip. In fact, many of last year’s participants have figured this out and are returning for an encore.
“On the coming journey to Israel, we’ll be doing things we’ve never done before, including standing on the actual ground where David fought Goliath in the Valley of Elah, ascending Mount Gilboah, entering to the biblical city of Beersheva, seeing Abraham’s well, entering the Garden of Gethsemane at night and much more,” says Cahn.
“We’ll be worshiping on the shores of the Promised Land, standing on Mount Carmel where Elijah challenged the prophets of Baal, overlooking the Valley of Armageddon, sailing on the Sea of Galilee, worshiping in the same synagogue in which Messiah worshiped in Capernaum, renewing our vows under the olive trees of Cana, standing on the cliff of Nazareth, baptizing in the waters of Jordan, experiencing a Bedouin Tent dinner in the middle of the biblical wilderness, bathing in the Dead Sea, standing on the Mount of Olives, entering the gates of the ancient city of Jerusalem, ascending the Temple Mount, singing Christmas songs over Bethlehem at night, worshiping on the Temple Steps, beholding the Eastern Gate, planting a tree in the soil of the Promised Land and having communion in the Garden Tomb.”
The WND tour will repeat the highlights of last November’s itinerary and try some new things, said Farah.
“The tour will be very similar to last year’s,” said Farah, a former Middle East correspondent with the unique insight of a Christian Arab-American who loves Israel. “It was as close to perfect as we could ever imagine. But we will try some new things this year because we fully expect many previous guests to return with us.”
Farah noted that due to the large number of participants last fall, registration was cut off in June. The price per person is below $3,000, assuming double occupancy, and includes round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations and tips for guide, drivers and hotel staff.
“What Jonathan and I heard over and over again from those who came last year was that the tour far exceeded their expectations in every way,” said Farah. “It was moving, spiritually enriching, informative and unforgettable. It was the same for me, even with all my experience in Israel. I know it was the same for Jonathan. That’s why we’re planning to do this annually.”
At every stop on the tour, Rabbi Cahn will share the history and biblical insights of the sites.
Guests will fly Nov. 10 from New York to Tel Aviv. There, a Coral Tour representative will be waiting to greet and assist them. They will meet their guide for the entire trip and drive to the ancient city of Jaffa where the prophet Jonah set sail for Tarshish, the apostle Peter raised Tabitha and where Peter’s vision opened up the Gospel to people from all nations.
They’ll drive by the Independence Hall in Tel Aviv and continue along the Plains of Sharon to Netanya by the Mediterranean Sea, where they will spend the night after worshiping together on the shores of the Promised Land.
The next day, participants will drive along the Mediterranean Sea to the ancient city of Caesarea, built by Herod the Great 2000 years ago. They will see the Roman Theater and Aqueducts, ascend the top of Mount Carmel where Elijah challenged and defeated the prophets of Baal and behold Armageddon, the destination of all end-time prophecy. From there they will journey through the heartland of Israel to Mount Gilboah, climb to the top of Mount Arbel and take in the beautiful land and Sea of Galilee. Then it’s on to Tiberias for dinner and a restful night.
On day four, the group will see Migdal, the home of Mary Magdalene, journey on the Road to Damascus, stand by King Jeroboam’s Altar in the biblical city of Dan and see Caesarea Philippi where Messiah asked His disciples “Who do you say I am?” (Matthew 16:13).
From there it’s on to a panoramic view of the Golan Heights from Mount Bental. Then comes Gedara, where Messiah healed the demoniac, and a walk on the northern shore to the ancient city of Capernaum, the town where Messiah ministered and drew His Disciples (Matthew 4:13).
They will visit the excavation of the House of the Apostle Peter and the Ancient Synagogue of Capernaum. In the evening, they will experience a special candlelight service on the very ground of the ancient synagogue of Korazim, where Messiah actually stood and ministered! For dinner it’s Saint Peter’s Fish from the Sea of Galilee and another night in Tiberias.
The next day it’s a drive to the city of Cana of Galilee, where Messiah performed his first miracle at the wedding (John 2: 1-11) and a chance to renew your vows to your beloved in a special ceremony under the Olive Trees of Cana. Then on to Jesus-Yeshua’s boyhood home of Nazareth and on to the northern shore of Galilee to spend a special time with the Lord at Tabgha, the site where the miracle of the loaves and fishes took place (Matthew 14:13-21). End the day with a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Experience the Sabbath and a Sabbath dinner in Galilee.

Day six begins at the baptismal site Yardenit on the Jordan River. See the place where Gideon’s army overcame the Midianites, stand in the Valley of Elah and relive the battle of David and Goliath and then continue south to see Abraham’s Well near Beer Sheva, the capital of the Negev Desert. Journey through the Wilderness of Judea to Kfar Hanokdim, where you will experience a camel ride, an unforgettable night in Bedouin tents, partake in a Bedouin Dinner and worship under the stars of the Wilderness.
After breakfast on day seven, attend Sunday morning service in the Wilderness of the Bible with a safari by Jeep or truck to the mountain fortress of Masada. Ascend by cable car, explore the ancient excavation of Herod’s Palaces, the bathhouse, the storerooms, the ramp and the oldest synagogue in the world. Then continue on to Springs of En Gedi in the desert oasis where King David dwelt with God. On to the shore of the lowest place on planet Earth, the Dead Sea, and experience floating on the salt-water lake. Drive by the caves of the Dead Sea Scrolls. In the early evening ascend the mountains to take in a view of Jerusalem. Behold the Holy City from the ridge of the Mount of Olives. Then it’s dinner and hotel in Jerusalem.
Day eight begins by ascending the Temple Mount. Later there’s a chance to explore Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum and Memorial. Then it’s on to the Kidron and Hinnom Valley and a visit to the ancient City of David, David’s Palace and the Pool of Siloam where Messiah healed the blind man. Worship the Lord on the hills overlooking the little town of Bethlehem under the stars by night and take part in a biblical night adventure of discovery as you walk under the Temple Mount through the Rabbis’ Tunnel!
On day nine it’s time to enter the Walled City of Jerusalem via Lion’s Gate, through which end-time prophecy was fulfilled when Israel recaptured Jerusalem. Pilgrims will stand by the actual Pool of Bethesda where Messiah healed the crippled man, enter St. Ann’s Church, stand on the traditional ancient pavement where Messiah was taken before Pilate and walk the streets of the Old City through the ancient colorful bazaar. Then there’s a chance to pray at the Western Wall before taking a stroll to the Southern Wall at the Davidson Center and stand on the actual steps that Messiah and the apostles walked up to the Temple of Jerusalem. Participants will take an unforgettable prophetic journey in between the Temple Mount and the Mount of Olives to the Eastern Gate, the Golden Gate, through which Messiah will walk. Experience a once-in-a-lifetime service among the Olive trees by the Garden of Gethsemane by night.
On day 10 there’s a drive to the hills of Judea, near the biblical city of Modin, the home of the Maccabbees, where participants will be able to take part in the fulfillment of prophecy by planting a tree in the Holy Land at Neot Kdumim. Then it’s time to ascend the Mount of Olives for a breathtaking panoramic view of the Old City, see the Palm Sunday Road and the Last Way to the House of Caiaphas where Messiah was taken and put on trial. Then stand in the Upper Room and pray in the traditional dwelling where the disciples received the Holy Spirit. At day’s end there’s a special service at Calvary/Golgotha and the Empty Garden Tomb. Before leaving the Holy Land that night, participants with share a special Farewell Dinner of Celebration before transferring to the airport for a flight back to the U.S.
