(WPTV-TV) An Okeechobee 18-year-old is accused of beating up a 16-year-old boy with autism, and the attack was recorded and posted online, according to an incident report from the Okeechobee City Police Department.
The 18-year-old and an adult have been arrested in connection with the case.
The victim told detectives he was invited to a party on SW 9th Street in Okeechobee last Friday where he drank alcohol and was then told to go outside and fight someone.
The teen said when he refused 18-year-old Andrew Wheeler was called.
