I noticed the advertising for the new book by Jonathan Cahn about the Shemitah. The words began "Holy Shemitah!" May I be permitted to suggest that the word "holy" should not necessarily be used in advertising. To me using this word in advertising lowers its significance.
The word "holy" was chosen by God to name His Spirit, and to use the word even in a friendly way in advertising demeans the word and the connotation of what it stands for. Once the holy presence of God has been experienced, holy cannot be taken lightly, for whatever reason, including advertising. If you have experienced the holy cloud of the presence of God, using the word "holy" in advertising or promoting does not come to mind.
Thank you. God bless you.
