In his belching out another lame speech last week, Mr. Obama contends that mistrust of police and racial disparity have a corrosive effect on America.
As far as mistrust of police is concerned, I submit that Mr. Obama owns that.
It was Obama who appointed Eric Holder as attorney general, the chief law enforcement officer of the United States government.

Holder's position of authority has been tarnished by his corruption and lawlessness, thus breeding an atmosphere of mistrust and loss of respect.
Obama's pick of Holder as AG was just another step in fundamentally transforming America (to third-world status).
