I think that Obama would be a good actor for a blood-soaked Quentin Tarantino film. There are no consequences in movies. Obama is not consequential. As O'Reilly implies, he has no "gravitas." He should not be acting as commander in chief in the real world where lives are the consequence of his ambivalent, equivocating.
