(KLAS-TV) The original commander of the Navy's famed Seal Team 6 special ops unit, which is the team that finally took out terrorist leader Osama bin Laden, says an attack on Las Vegas would be a tremendous recruiting tool for ISIS or other terror groups.
Commander Dick Marcinko, a decorated combat veteran in Vietnam, who helped create Seal Team 6 in 1980, was one of the first military figures to warn about the growth of Islamic terror cells.
Marcinko currently works as a security consultant and has been invited to Israel later this year to confer about security threats, says that Las Vegas is an inviting target for terrorist attacks.
