(PHILLY.COM) The baby born to a woman who was fatally shot by a stray bullet in Frankford on Sunday has died.
The woman was sitting outside on the 1500 block of Adams Avenue, near Griscom Street, when a bullet that was intended for someone else struck the woman, identified by neighbors to the Daily News as 26-year-old Megan Doto, in the face.
She was taken to Temple University Hospital, where she pronounced dead at 12:36 p.m.
