You probably won't read this, and I usually do not feel compelled to email people over such things, but here goes anyway:
I am not an atheist and I do not claim to be either an expert on the Bible or astrophysics, but I still cannot wrap my ahead around how such an intelligent person could believe the Earth is 6,000 years old ["Was world created 6,028 years ago today?"].

Ten years of weekly Southern Baptist Sunday school, 12 years of Catholic school, four years of college and three years of law school later – and not once did I ever learn about this. The Bible is not intended to be a "detailed historical record." You are certainly entitled to your opinion, but I have to say, your former producer was correct; you have jeopardized your credibility with this one. Every time I read something you write (and I read WND daily), I am going to think, "Oh, wait. This is the guy that believes cavemen had pet dinosaurs."
In my humble opinion, you should stick to politics and foreign affairs.
